The Santa Experience is designed for children to enjoy their time with Santa without waiting in long lines and being rushed. Children may wish to present their Wish List, have milk and cookies, read a story, and chat with Santa.
We aim to capture your children's expressions as they spend time with Santa. Therefore, most, if not all, images will be focused on interaction and moments, rather than looking at the camera and saying "cheese".
Watch your child’s eyes grow wide with amazement as they enter Santa’s workshop for the first time! Imagine their excitement when they realize they get to spend an entire 30 minutes with Santa! The magic of Christmas will become real in their hearts and be recaptured in yours as well!
Scenes & Setups
We offer different themed Setups, from which you can choose your session. We are running sessions on three to four different weekends in October and November. Each weekend is dedicated to one Setup. Each of our Setups is 100% real, our entire Setup is staged with antique props and toys to make the entire experience realistic. Our main goal is that your children believe they are visiting Santa Claus and not a photo just studio.

FAQ
What Does The Session Fee Cover?
A 20 minute session private with Santa in a totally live interactive experience. Santa will read, sing, place candy canes and other decorations on the tree, and a whole lot more. While this is all happening we will be capturing every moment.
It's more than just a photo shoot, it's a true experience that the family will talk about for years to come. The session also includes an 8x8 personalized velvet finish storybook.
Can I Bring My Own Props?
We know Pinterest ideas are all the rage, but we can not guarantee the usage of any external props. Thousands of dollars have been invested for a beautiful upscale interactive set with many triggers that we already have tested. Let the magic of the Santa Experience take the fight on its own and you will be amazed.
Can I Bring Our Pet/Animal(s)?
Due to the allergies of other families, we no longer do sessions that include pets.
How Old is Too Young?
This is subjective. While we don't recommend a specific age range, we do recommend that a parent comes dressed to be in some photos should your child not warm up to Santa.
Can we extend the session time?
Extending the session is not permitted without advance communication. We do try to allow a little extra time for children with special needs, potential uncooperative children (those scared of Santa), and first-timers that are nervous about knowing if they have enough time. If you feel this may be something you need please be sure to mention this when booking.
Can We Change Outfts During the Session?
The session time slot is very strict, so any changing of clothing will take away from shooting time. The time slot can not be extended based on this lost time. We recommend coming already in outfits, PJ's, etc prior to arrival and checking in.
What Happens if My Child Doesn't Cooperate?
There are no guarantees that every child is ready to see and interact with joy with Santa. We will capture what is present. If there is resistance we can not force happiness and joy on a child. We can however do a "Drop and Run" and have fun images you can show off to their frst date when they are teenagers.
Is this Just For Children or Can Other Family Members Participate in the Session?
This is not exclusive to just children. The entire family can participate as well. Keep in mind the more people in the set the more crowded the photos and less attention on the little ones.
Do you offer discounts?
For all of our sessions I always sell my complete digital galleries for $250, but when pre-purchased with the Santa Experience I give the limited opportunity to own all of the images in the session's gallery for half off: $125.
This can not be purchased at this rate after the session has taken place. This digital collection gives you the consumer printing rights to the images. You can print out as many prints as you would like, print albums and books, etc.
We also offer a $50 for $100 print credit. It is exactly what it states. This is paid in advance of the session only and can be used towards prints only. This can not be applied towards the entire gallery collection or the session (good try for those of you that have been creative enough to ask.)
