Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, I do. Weddings are an investment, and I understand that budgets are real. A 25% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your wedding date, and the remaining balance can be split into smaller installments that work for you.


I offer in-house payment plans with 0% interest, allowing you to spread your payments out monthly, biweekly, or on a custom schedule we set up together.


Can I use Affirm or Klarna?

Absolutely. I also accept Affirm and Klarna through my secure booking system if you prefer a third-party financing option. This allows you to spread payments out over time while still locking in your wedding date today.


No stress. No pressure. Just a flexible way to make the photography you love fit your budget.


The final balance is due 30 days prior to your wedding date.

Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?

Travel within 50 miles from 63367 is already wrapped into your package price. If your wedding is a little farther out (hello, road trip!), I’ll simply add reasonable travel costs. No surprise fees or jet-setting diva demands. We’ll chat about everything up front so you know exactly what to expect.


What counts as “reasonable travel costs”?

For weddings a little farther out, I charge the standard IRS mileage rate of 72.5¢ per mile for the distance beyond that initial 50-mile radius.


If your celebration is more than three hours away, a one-night hotel stay may be required so I can arrive rested, on-site, and fully prepared to capture every moment without worrying about travel logistics. Additionally, if the celebration ends late in the evening and extended travel would make returning home unsafe, an overnight stay may also be required.


The Fine Print:

Out of State | For weddings outside Missouri, airfare and additional lodging may apply.


Fees | Parking fees, tolls, or venue access fees required by the location are the responsibility of the couple.


No Surprises | All travel details will always be discussed and agreed upon ahead of time so you know exactly what to expect.

Yes, I am fully insured. Many venues in the St. Louis and St. Charles area require it, and I’m always happy to provide proof of insurance when needed. No surprises, just professional peace of mind for you and your venue.


Can you provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for my venue?

Absolutely. If your venue needs to be listed as Additional Insured on my policy, just let me know their requirements. I can typically have the certificate sent over within a few days, so it’s one more item you can check off your planning list.

Every image in your gallery is carefully reviewed and edited by hand. I take the time to look for the unscripted glances, big reactions, and quiet in-between moments so your final gallery feels like a complete story rather than just a collection of files.

What happens if you are sick or have an emergency?

This is something I take very seriously because your wedding day only happens once. While I’ve worked through everything from Missouri humidity to minor colds, if a true emergency ever prevented me from attending, I have a trusted network of professional photographers in the St. Louis area.


My amazing assistant shooter Marie is also part of your coverage team and is fully capable of continuing the day if something unexpected happens. Between Marie and my network of trusted photographers, we make sure your wedding is still documented seamlessly so you never have to worry about your memories being missed.
